Nadine Bartelli received her RYT 200 from Black Swan Yoga in Austin, Texas 2015. Before becoming an instructor Nadine first fell in love with yoga through distance running. As an avid runner she had suffered an injury to her IT Band which led her to start a simple at home yoga practice to help heal. It was love at first sight! Since her injury now two years ago, Nadine has maintained a daily home practice and finally took the plunge to become certified in yoga instruction. It was during this intensive training she fully realized the incredible and life changing potential of yoga, and has sought to spread the light and benefits of yoga to every student she meets through classes or volunteer programs.
Trained in Vinyasa Flow, most of her classes focus around guiding the student to re-energize the entire body, connecting body with breathe, and helping each student find a sense of mindfulness through practice. Each class will tailor to the needs of her students whether its pre-natal or beginner. Nadine is passionate about the ability of yoga to cultivate a person’s best self, harmonizing mind, body and soul and would love nothing more than to share this experience with you on the mat.
