Ashtanga is a set sequence of asanas (postures) linked together through transitions and breath (vinyasa), resembling a meditative flow. The joining of these asana with gaze and breath results in building remarkable strength, flexibility and calmness. Ashtanga is an advanced physical practice, and sometimes can resemble an aerobic workout. Ashtanga yoga uses body heat, sweating, and deep breathing to purify the body.

Jivamukti is a vigorous physical practice combined with an intellectual study leading to body, mind, and spirit integration. There is an emphasis on the educational aspect of the practice and students are taught the philosophies of yoga. Everyone will enjoy these classes!

Prenatal and Postnatal

Prenatal and Postnatal classes are designed to meet the ever-changing needs of women in all stages of pregnancy and beyond. The classes are appropriate for all experience levels. This is a moderately-paced class aimed at preparing for birth and stimulating post-natalrecovery. Emphasizing movement and breath, we focus on poses that build strength and stamina while stretching and opening the body. We also cultivate breath techniques and relaxation exercises that help calm the mind. Modifications are made for each stage of pregnancy and postnatal recovery.

Beginner’s Yoga develops body awareness, learn basic postures (asanas), and proper alignment. Learn yogic forms of breathing and how to sequence breath and movements together, and become familiar with the connection to your physical and energetic body.

In Hatha Yoga traditional asana (postures) are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility, balance, concentration, and breath control. Based on physical postures, deep breathing, mindfulness, and listening to the body.

Hard Body Yoga

Hard Body Yoga is a combination of yoga, strength training, and pilates. These are traditional yoga & pilates moves manipulated to create a long lean strong and flexible body without the bulk you can get from traditional weight training. The combination of these three is a great way to maximize your workout!

Yoginos Yoga

Yoginos Yoga is an amazing tool to promote self-awareness, self-esteem, body awareness and ultimately Self-Love. When yoga is presented to children these things are nurtured and supported. Plus kids love it because yoga is fun!

We offer a wide range of classes to serve children and families. Children of all ages can experience the joy of yoga.

Gentle yoga is a calming, stress-relieving yoga practice to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment. Recommended for all levels in search of a relaxing, restorative experience.

PiYo Yoga

PiYo™ is an athletic blend of Pilates, and Yoga. It includes modifications and offers exercise progressions to challenge all levels of participants.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates will work your core muscles – the deep abdominal muscles that support the spine. This is essential for strength and flexibility. A system of movement and strengthening, Pilates promotes healthy joint articulation and stability in the important core muscles of the body.

Hatha Flow

Hatha Flow offers flowing sequences focused on the breath and movement integration. Students learn to refine postures and move beyond limitations of the body and mind by listening to the breath. The postures will be linked, a vinyasa style of yoga (connecting breath to movement) which builds heat, as well as strength and flexibility.

Mommy and Baby Yoga

Mommy and Baby (pre-crawling) classes are a fun way to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and sooth achy muscles while bonding with your new baby. You are welcome to bring extra blankets, stuffed animals, and your stroller into the studio during these classes. It’s a great place to meet other new moms too! All levels welcome.
