We all have traumas that dot the landscape of our lives from the past to the present. Some of these traumas lead to wounds which are visible and some that cannot be seen, they can feel abstract. There is the pain we know that impedes us physically, and there is the pain that restricts us emotionally and mentally.
The key will be to identify, recognize and work with them effectively.
This workshop will explore how to work with our traumas and eventual wounds in such a way that they become the source of our greatest strengths.
When we learn to work effectively with our wounds we give ourselves needed space to discover our courage and confidence, these are tools that can help us transform our pain into wisdom. Living in wisdom leads us to a profound sense of kindness, compassion, stability and happiness. And it is through our wisdom we discover our great strength.

Mastering others is power; mastering yourself is true strength.”
